Remembering and forgetting

I feel like the whole yogic path can be summed up to remembering and forgetting. We so easily get trapped in loops. Loops of thoughts, behaviours, feelings, reincarnations. The good thing about loops tho, is that they have no beginning and no end. So you can jump in and stop the pattern at any point. Forgetting feels meaningless and contains endless negativity. Remembering feels like authenticity: being you and being kind and knowing your purpose πŸ™πŸΌπŸ

The photos was taken two days ago in the forest near our home – I am sooo in love with autumn colours, every year β€οΈπŸ‚
