Love this thought, it’s very wise I think I too will strive to be an amateur this year as well. This brings to mind a classic book on Zen Buddhism ‘Zen Mind, Beginner Mind’ which basically says the same thing about meditation 🧘♀️ to try (or to let go and not try) to experience meditation as though you are a humble student. Namaste 💕💕
